In order to make your experience with Aqua Boutique a pleasurable experience,
please read the details below.

Returns & Exchange Policy
We understand that some items are not always suitable and they may need to be returned.
For your convenience there is a link on your order confirmation email that will take you our Return Form, which you fill out and send with the item you are returning.
Please choose your items carefully before making placing your order, checking size and colour choices.

CHANGE OF MIND POLICY

  1. If you change your mind or make the wrong selection, you may exchange your item(s) for a credit or exchange. Refunds can only be made on faulty items.
  2. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your purchase order. ( See important information)
  3. Proof of purchase (tax invoice or receipt) is required and a filled out Return Form.
  4. The item(s) are in their original condition, with all labels and tags attached.
  5. The item(s) are unworn, unwashed, not used, altered, soiled or damaged and in original condition.

GENERALLY

  1. In the interest of hygiene, we do not exchange pierced jewellery & swimwear.
  2. Please note that exchanges are subject to availability of goods.
  3. Note that all returns remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Aqua Boutique Head Office.
  4. When sending your return parcel we need you to send via a postal  tracking service through Australia Post to ensure safe delivery to us.
    Un-trackable and undelivered items will not be accepted as a refund claim.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  1. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
  2. You are responsible for the cost of returning goods to us; however we will re-send your order for free.
  3. Please note that AQUA Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or any items that are returned to us in error. To ensure your return item is not damaged please send in its original packaging.
  4. Any goods returned are your responsibility until they reach Aqua Boutique Head Office.
  5. For your convenience there is a link on your order confirmation email that will take you our Return Form which you fill out and send with the item you are returning.
  6. ONLY on-line purchase orders can be returned and exchanged at our Aqua Head Office.
  7. Please note the size charts online are the manufacturers guidelines, each item will vary in measurements depending on the style of the garment. If you are having a problem deciding on which size to purchase please email online@swishclothing.com.au
  8. Pre Orders online are items that have not yet arrived, but this is your chance to purchase them before they even hit the stores. Please note the availability online will state Pre Order and a rough date of delivery. These dates are not guaranteed by us or the manufacturer, they are just guidelines. If you need an item by a certain date please inform us so we can try our hardest to get the item delivered to you on time.
  9. Credit Notes –  Online credit notes, including promotion vouchers, are valid for two months

AQUA Boutique MERCHANDISE RETURN PROCESS

CONDITIONS: If you need to return your item, you may exchange your item(s) for exchange or credit.

Providing:

  1. It is within 7 days of receiving your purchase order
  2. Proof of purchase receipt (tax invoice) is required, which was emailed to you upon ordering.
  3. You download and fill out our return form and include it with the returning item. If you cannot print this form, please send us all your details including phone number and email address.
  4. Please state your reason clearly for returning the item.
  5. The item(s) are in their original condition, with all labels and tags still attached. Items returned without tags and labels will not be refunded.
  6. The item(s) are unworn, unwashed, not used, altered, soiled or damaged and in original condition

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Please include in your return, the filled out Return Form, with a copy of your receipt which was emailed to you after placing your order, if you do not have this please provide all your personal details used when placing the order (must include your email address)
  2. Please comment on the Returns form details of what you wish to exchange or credit for, the reason you are returning the item  and any additional comments
  3. The Returns Form can be found on your emailed ”Order Confirmation”, just click on the link and print.
  4. Please send the items you wish to exchange to the following address:
