Aqua members will receive free standard shipping on all online orders over $100.00, full ticket prices.
Purchases under $100.00 will attract a flat fee of $12.95.

International – Flat rate $30.00 will apply (10 – 14 day delivery period).

If you select In-store Pick up, please allow at least 24 hours for your item to be available for pick up. Alternatively you can call the store to check whether the item is available for pick up sooner than 24 hour timeframe. Just make sure you bring in your order confirmation via email (printed or via mobile).

We use Australia Post with tracking to offer you the fastest and most efficient delivery possible. Orders within metropolitan Australia area should be received within 24-48 hours and regional areas 2 -5 days. Parcels will be delivered between 9:00am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday.

If orders are made after 5:00pm on Friday or over the weekend your parcel will be dispatched on Monday. Please note that our shipping does not extend to customers using credit note.

Once your product is packed and dispatched we will send you an email, with a tracking number.
